Frozen Fruit Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 80 g frozen mixed fruit e.g. blueberries, mango, cherries
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, chia)

Method

  • Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
