Frozen Fruit Breakfast Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 80 g frozen mixed fruit e.g. blueberries, mango, cherries
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds e.g. sunflower, pumpkin, chia)
Method
- Place all ingredients in to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
