White Chocolate & Raspberry Smoothie

  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 120 ml milk
  • 60 ml yoghurt
  • 150 g frozen raspberries


  • Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add white chocolate and milk and melt until mixture is smooth. Remove mixture from heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
  • Place white chocolate mixture, yogurt, and raspberries in a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve
