White Chocolate & Raspberry Smoothie
- 50 g white chocolate
- 120 ml milk
- 60 ml yoghurt
- 150 g frozen raspberries
- Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Add white chocolate and milk and melt until mixture is smooth. Remove mixture from heat and leave to cool to room temperature.
- Place white chocolate mixture, yogurt, and raspberries in a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Serve
