Young’s Frozen King Prawn & Scallop Linguini

A quick and easy seafood pasta dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Young’s King Prawns & Scallops with Lemon & Pink Peppercorn Butter
  • 120 g Dried Linguini Pasta
  • 2 tbsp frozen parsley defrosted
  • 1 tsps olive oil
  • 1 juice of a Lemon
  • Ground Black Pepper to season

Method

  • Cook Linguini Pasta according to the instructions on pack
  • Cook the King Prawns & Scallops with lemon & pink peppercorn butter according to the instructions on pack
  • Drain the linguini and add to the King Prawns & Scallops with a dash of Olive Oil
  • Add the juice of a fresh lemon and toss together
  • Season with Black Pepper, add the Parsley, season to taste and serve.
