Young’s Frozen King Prawn & Scallop Linguini
A quick and easy seafood pasta dish!
- 1 pack Young’s King Prawns & Scallops with Lemon & Pink Peppercorn Butter
- 120 g Dried Linguini Pasta
- 2 tbsp frozen parsley defrosted
- 1 tsps olive oil
- 1 juice of a Lemon
- Ground Black Pepper to season
- Cook Linguini Pasta according to the instructions on pack
- Cook the King Prawns & Scallops with lemon & pink peppercorn butter according to the instructions on pack
- Drain the linguini and add to the King Prawns & Scallops with a dash of Olive Oil
- Add the juice of a fresh lemon and toss together
- Season with Black Pepper, add the Parsley, season to taste and serve.
